Either way, this technique adds an instantly noticeable definition to your eyes. Lash enhancement tattoos are the next beauty treatment on the rise. To create the lash enhancement tattoos, we use a European permanent makeup machine from Nouveau Contour, which uses a light needle. The area is numbed first, then pigment is implanted only between the eyelashes, not on the eyelids like a classic eyeliner. The result is a natural, youthful, eye-opening effect. Similar to all permanent makeup procedures, this treatment comes with a 4-6 week touch-up after the initial treatment.
